William Morris Primary School provides breakfast and after school club provision, for pupils from Nursery upwards.

Fixed Place Bookings

• Fixed place bookings automatically role over each year that a child attends our school. 

• Charges for wraparound care must be paid for in advance on Parentpay.  Places will be withdrawn if accounts are not kept in credit.​​​​

• Breakfast Club and After School Club charges are not refundable for non attendance of any kind.​

• If your child currently attends wrap around care and you need to make any amendments then please click on this link - https://forms.office.com/e/KcMrH9ikv3

• If you do not currently have any wrap around care bookings but would like to book a fixed place booking in either breakfast club or after school club then please click this link- https://forms.office.com/e/VpSASeKngT . These places are subject to agreement and place availability are not guaranteed. There may be a waiting list for requested places and the school office will confirm this in writing.

• If you would like to cancel any fixed place bookings, please email the school office. ​

Ad Hoc Bookings​​

• Ad hoc bookings are subject to availability and limited according to available numbers. Bookings need to be made a week in advance but can be booked up to 21 days in advance. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Session charges will be applied to your Parentpay account. Days that are fully booked appear greyed out. ​​

• Please note that nursery children cannot attend wrap around care on an ad hoc basis due to the higher adult: child ratios required.​​
